Horrible set up. Went to the store as soon as they open. Tried to check in online, however the site would not allow me to check in. I was the second person inside when they opened. I explained that I was unable to check in and offered to show the workers how it wasn’t working. Then as I’m standing there, their computer wouldn’t work. Finally when I was able to check in the wait was 1hour and 10 minutes. I explained my dilemma to the women looked at me in bewilderment. I was then told “If you don’t like it you can leave.” She was exactly right. Terrible system, not worth waiting over an hour for a mediocre haircut.

Very disappointed never again the app is worthless today I made appointment for my handicapped father and myself the app told me 128 minutes I arrived early told me 28 minutes went in store to check in was told we were next went to get my father and wheel chair now I get in the store and I was told there are 3 people ahead of me decided to leave when we got back in car I received a text saying your stylist is ready batter up Totally unacceptable

One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I'm a 70 y.o. professional still working daily & meeting the public. Important how I look and told the stylist exactly what I wanted and then she just started shaving away, in a rush to get to next customer. Was in and out in just over fifteen minutes. Got the impression stylist took me for some old guy who probably doesn't care. Didn't make note of stylist's name but I will absolutely never return.
